I made this salad with grilled chicken and mixed fruits and vegetables and finished with a healthy drizzle of honey. It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

Salads are typically made out of raw ingredients and it could be so easy to have harsh tastes that don't combine well enough when making your salad. A great way out would be to include fruit, nuts, and proteins like fish or chicken in your salad. I also added an avocado to give it that extra natural(healthy) creamy texture. I know a lot of people who get worried over buying salads from restaurants and fast foods and with good reason because most of these salads are not as healthy as you may think.
