Fish balls- Dantsurku Recipe

Dantsurku are spicy fish balls, dipped in eggs and deep fried.

These tasty fishballs can be taken as a snack with Yaji spice or even as an appetizer. I sometimes add them to my sauces as well. It’s amazing how many different kinds of delicious foods we have from northern Nigeria and yet very little is known about them.
